ARTS AND CRAFTS
Basotho Cultural village is involved in empowering artists and crafters in the Free State. This is realized through the sales of arts and crafts at the art gallery and curio shop opened for tourists at the village. The fine works of art and craft are also taken to exhibitions and hosted nationally.
CULTURAL COMPETITIONS
Through indigenous games, gospel and traditional dance and music competitions. Basotho Cultural Village has found ways of promoting the culture of the Free State and unifying the whole province through cultural activities. Schools, church groups, youth and adult groups from all over the Free State have taken part in these competitions that are meant to broaden the knowledge of learners in different dance forms and symbolic meaning of these activities that have always been part of the Basotho people. The village also organizes workshops where the skills and knowledge are refined.
CONFERENCING
The conference hall is available for conferences, seminars, meetings, weddings etc. the maximum of 150 people can be accommodated per session.
